Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required to perform services
- Grant necessary access to your eBay store, tools, and accounts
- Ensure your products comply with eBay policies and applicable laws
- Make timely payments as agreed
Payments & Fees
- Fees will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement
- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property
All strategies, content, processes, and materials created by SalesSyrup remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client‑owned data and brand assets remain the property of the client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties, except as required to perform services or by law.
Limitation of Liability
SalesSyrup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or store suspension by eBay. We do not guarantee specific sales results or rankings.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the service agreement. Outstanding payments for completed work remain payable upon termination.
Third‑Party Platforms
Our services rely on third‑party platforms such as eBay. We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, or policy enforcement actions taken by these platforms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
